Sales & Discount Codes All orders are limited to one promotion or discount code per purchase. For instance if i am offering a promotion for a buy one get one free, and you have or find a discount code, they cannot be combined on that purchase.

Which payments methods do you accept? We accept Paypal and the following credit cards: Visa, Debit, MasterCard, American Express

When will my order be shipped? All orders will ship approximately 5-7 Business days after you place your order. The estimated delivery date after your order is shipped: Canada up to 5 business days, USA 5 - 10 business days. * Delivery time does not include weekends or statutory holidays.

How do you mail my order? All orders are shipped standard mail with Canada post. Unless requested for and additional cost there will be no tracking number provided.

My order got lost in the mail. What now? Once your order has been shipped it is completely out of my control, I am not responsible for loss or damage. However, I will always do my best to work with you to either replace your order or give you a discount to re-purchase your items.

How do I make a return or exchange ? Since each item is made to order, and due to sanitary reasons all headbands are final sale. Items will only be refunded or exchanged if a mistake has been made with your order. In these circumstances, please contact me immediately upon receiving it. I want each customer to be satisfied with their purchase therefor I will do my best to resolve any issue.

Additional: It is extremely important to me that my customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Positive feedback would be greatly appreciated. If for any reason you are un happy with your purchase contact me immediately to resolve any issues. I will defiantly try my best to work out a fair solution.
